A Local Falcon alternative without credits
Local Falcon made geo-grid tracking the standard way to measure Maps rankings, and it's a good product. Gridrank does the same core job with a different pricing model: you pay for keywords you track, and weekly scans of them are included.
Credits vs tracked keywords
On Local Falcon, one credit buys one grid point, so a 7×7 scan costs 49 credits and credits expire at the end of the month. On Gridrank you choose how many keywords to track. Each one is scanned every week, and you also get a monthly allowance of on-demand scans for quick checks and prospect pitches.

| Pro | $99.99 | 31,250 |
| Premium | $199.99 | 63,150 |
| Gridrank | Price | Points |

Local Falcon figures are from its public pricing page on 18 October 2026 and may have changed. Gridrank figures assume every tracked keyword runs weekly on the largest grid the plan allows and every on-demand scan is used. Points on Gridrank come as weekly scans of your tracked keywords, while Local Falcon credits can be spent any way you like.
Where Local Falcon is ahead
- Bigger grids, up to 21×21. Gridrank goes up to 9×9.
- AI-written reports and extra tools such as lead lookups.
- A long track record and a large user community.
Where Gridrank fits better
- You track the same keywords every week and want a predictable bill.
- You report to clients and want white-labelled links with your logo, from the $79 plan.
- You want an email when a keyword moves, without logging in to check.
- You want failed scans to cost nothing. If a scan fails on our side or the data provider's, it doesn't count against your allowance.
- You still want one-off audits and prospect scans. Every paid plan includes on-demand scans on top of the weekly ones.
