Gridrank collects only what it needs to run the service.

What we store

• Your email address, to sign you in and send scan summaries.
• The businesses, keywords and scan results you create.
• For free scans without an account, the IP address that started the scan, to limit abuse. It is deleted after 30 days.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, run ad trackers or share your information with anyone except the processors needed to run Gridrank: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and our search data provider, which receives only keywords and coordinates.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your businesses, trackers and scans. Or email hello@gridrank.app. We keep only a one-way hash of your email address, so a deleted account can't be re-created to reset free trials and allowances.
